A love of true New York bagele is where it all began. Over a decade ago Dubai moms Mira and Rama were in the Big Apple enjoying the glorious comfort food that is an authentic bagel with smoked salmon and cream cheese. Mid-bite they realized that this flavor they loved was something they couldn’t find in the city they love – Dubai. And so they remedied that, and in 2003 Circle was born.
The menu has continued to evolve – and while bagels served with fillings to suit all tastes will always be at the heart of Circle, you can now also munch on salads, super bowls, shwarma or salmon (what a mouthful!) One thread runs throughout the food: if it’s served at Circle, or delivered to your home from a Circle, then it’s fresh, soulful and is a dish that Mira and Rama love. Whether there for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea or dinner, sitting in a Circle is like hanging in a friend’s living room
