Charlotte De Belle is the founder of Vertical Space and Vertical Design DXB, both of which specialize in one-of-a-kind neon lights and LED creations. You can create your design or you can work with De Bell and her team to design and produce something truly one-of-a-kind while also keeping sustainability in mind. The creations provided by Vertical Space can be rented for special occasions too!

Janaika Elders established Urban Nest which is a retail concept store where exclusive meets minimalistic. The company was founded in 2017 with the distinct idea that every home deserves a unique style. At the center of the company’s ethos is fairtrade, sustainability, and individuality. You can find home décor which is one-of-a-kind and furniture that is environmentally friendly. Urban Nest selects and brings to the Middle East outstanding interior designs from the Netherlands and Latin America.

Vertical space offers an ideal workspace for creative professionals, remote workers, and entrepreneurs, offering a peaceful, pleasant environment with a sense of community. Vertical Coffee is dedicated to providing the best organic coffee experience. The coffee beans are sourced from Peru, in keeping with the founder’s Peruvian origin. It is the ultimate destination for any coffee connoisseur, serving specialty brews ranging from Flat Whites to Espresso Macchiatos, as well as Tea and a delectable Nutella Hot Chocolate, with a dash of regular, almond, or oat milk. The Cube is 2.4mx 2.4m fully customisable. Prices range from AED150 per hour to AED3,200 per month.
4. Events space- Mezzaine and The white corner
Looking for a new location for your event or pop-up? Vertical Space provides an open floor plan Mezzanine space and The White Corner sections for any type of event. The White Corner is fully equipped with a projector and a sound system may be utilized as a stage.
The White Corner is 4x3m fully customisable. Prices range from AED150 per hour to AED3,200 per month.
Full Mezzanine Space is 50m2 fully customisable. Prices range from AED250 per hour to AED2,000 per week.

Vertical Design DXB is a design and art firm specializing in contemporary neon and LED art projects. Each piece is handmade from start to finish and will be the center of attention. Vertical Design was incepted to elevate space and celebrate the art of lighting
