Poké and Co is a laid back, healthy food and café bar serving a fresh twist on the traditional Hawaiian Poké bowls, along with tasty super-food smoothie bowls, cold-pressed juices, smoothies, coffee, healthy vegan treats and much more.

Poké is a seafood dish (raw fish salad) that has been influenced by Hawaiian and other Asian cuisines. Poké (pronounced PO-KAY) – which is the Hawaiian verb for “section” or “to slice or cut” – traditionally refers to any raw fish that has been cut into cubes. For centuries, Hawaiian fishermen cut their catch of raw fish into cubes and seasoned it with whatever ingredients they had to create a one-of-a-kind, flavorful dish. At Poké and Co, we have taken this classic Hawaiian specialty and infused it with our own special, modern, and creative twist!

The vision of Poke and Co started back in 2016, in the UAE, when the founders decided to share their passion for delicious, healthy food to the Dubai market. After a year of developing the concept, perfecting the menu, finding the perfect location and working with a group of talented, passionate people to bring this vision to life, this locally grown concept was born. Inspired by sustainable, fresh, and high quality ingredients, Poke and Co is committed to bringing you food that is not only delicious but that is also good for you.

Our aim is to make sustainable, healthy food accessible. We source the absolute freshest ingredients and prepare everything in-house to provide the highest quality and most flavorful food. All of our fish is responsibly sourced & sustainably caught, delivered daily and cut fresh every morning. We cold-press our juices on a daily basis and maintain the highest standards possible. We take pride in producing food and drinks that maximize real nutritional value.
