RISAECO was established in 2019, by Risa Takaya who aspires to eliminate single-use plastics in the UAE and globally. RISAECO offers bags and apparel made from recycled from plastic bottles.

Story Telling

Having lived and worked in Dubai for 14 years, Dubai can provide a lifestyle of convenience at your fingertips. In my hometown in Japan recycling is practiced with understanding and discipline. I left the corporate world and commenced my journey into the process of recycling and founded the company RISAECO (pronounce similarly to recycle) in 2019.
